That entire case needs a US Attorney General to prosecute it for election interference, overthrow of the US government, fraud, illegal foreign influences, and Merchan needs hanged for his crimes!

Very interesting. Suggests they realize the judgement is on thin ice and the backlash may be spectacular.
The apparatchiks of the communist DP are frightened and cowed by the ever-increasing probability that Biden will lose and that a Trump Administration is going to give them a dose of their own medicine.
They got Bannon locked up yesterday, so just now they ain’t interested in any more meat. They gotta sleep off that meal first.

What part of illegally falsifying his personal business records to cover up payments to his personal lawyer to reimburse him for an illegal payoff made before the election is Trump suggesting was an official presidential act?

The executive branch includes the DOJ. There is a very real possibility that Trump will win in November. The Manhattan district would be well advised to tread lightly at this point. I know Trump said he doesn’t want revenge, but if I were him, I would burn the Manhattan district down, no prisoners, no mercy.

During the trial they used as evidence conservation he had while he was president against Trump. This trial is getting tossed.

The RNC Convo starts July 15th. They will not arrest “The Man” after the 18th. They do not have the balls to arrest the codified Republican Nominee for POTUS.
It is every leftists wet dream to see Trump handcuffed and led off to jail. However, these lawsuits against Trump have backfired big time and only caused his support to surge. Now these lawsuits are falling apart. Sending him to jail would create a firestorm and totally sink not only Biden but many other Democrats running in 2024.
Maybe Alvin , Fani and Letitia will go to Prison instead
