The real point is...NDA are not illegal. Paying off a blackmailer is not illegal. Dividing monies due into payments is not illegal. It's done every day. I do it with my clients.

Part of the suit...went to motive...and the USSC said "motive" cannot be used...it's not tangible...A guess at best.
