Neither Gov DippityDo or Gov Wicked Witch will win, nor will they take “orders” from the Jihad Junta.

(Why should I believe one idiot on the internet. Who is this idiot that he has authoritative inside information? I am all ears.)

Mike Davis is no idiot!

Mike Davis, the former Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, is the founder and president of the Article III Project (A3P). A3P defends constitutionalist judges and the rule of law. Davis also leads the Internet Accountability Project (IAP), an advocacy organization fighting to rein in Big Tech, along with the Unsilenced Majority, an organization dedicated to opposing Cancel Culture and fighting back against the woke mob and their enablers.

As Chief Counsel for Nominations, Davis advised Chairman Grassley and other senators on the confirmation of federal judges and senior Executive Branch appointees, serving as staff lead for 30 hearings and 41 markup meetings. He oversaw the floor votes for 278 nominees, including the confirmations of Justice Brett Kavanaugh and the record number of circuit judges confirmed during President Trump’s first two years in office.

Davis has served in all three branches of the federal government, including for House Speaker Newt Gingrich, and current Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch. Davis also led the outside support team for Justice Gorsuch’s successful confirmation to the Supreme Court.

Do you still think he’s an idiot?

“the new guy will have work to do to sell himself to the American people.”

Obama will do most of the selling, imagine:

Folks, I and other top Democrats scrutinized the track records of about a dozen of the best available presidential caliber people. We called three in for interviews....I am pleased to be the one to tell America that ...is the next Democratic candidate for President of the United States.

Now let’s get out the vote.

Yes, we can do it again.

The full extent of a president's power to pardon has not been fully tested. According to Ex Parte Garland, 71 U.S. 333 (1866), the President’s authority to pardon is unlimited except in cases of impeachment, extending to every offense known to the law and able to be exercised either before legal proceedings are taken, or during their pendency, or after conviction and judgment.

I would argue that since Federal law overrules state law a federal pardon should do likewise.

"Dems can get rid of Biden by moving up his debate and now take Trump off the board by locking him up This gives the dnc a chance to run Newsom or Witmer and have a chance of winning"

You've got to understand who's in charge, who's been in charge the whole time...I'd argue even during Trump's 1st term ("intel" community, doj, fbi).

Soebarkah.

And all his marxist underlings.

He wasn't joking when he said he was going to fundamentally transform this country.

Men in womens sports? Men in women's locker rooms? Gay sex acts performed in the open...in front of children? 10+ million foreign nationals pouring through an open border? Putting political rivals in jail, even those that were simply milling around in the capital without an appointment? Putting Christian's in jail because they pray in/around an abortion clinic? Labeling concerned parents at school board meetings as terrorists? Unleashing the FBI on anyone that disagrees with their ideology? And on...and on...and on.

No. Barry is in charge and he does NOT want empty suit dementia joe to be replaced. He's the only one that can be controlled so completely.

The same might be said of witmer, to a degree, but she's not even within the wide margins of cheating electable nation wide.

The same can not be said of newsome. However, newsome's a powerful politician that's been around a while, has many of his own connections, and cannot be controlled by Barry like the other's can. That's not to say newsom wouldn't install his own fellow traveler commie's at the national level.

For now, it's Soebarkah's government to control and his vp underling give's him his best chance of continued transformation.

This country really should have tried harder to expose, and remove, that guy as the usurper he was.

Force on force?

A guaranteed losing proposition against the US military.

Why does the US military consistently lose fighting the likes of determined people in black pajamas or heads in turbans?

Hint, they didn’t fight us force on force...

I would request that Merchan ask for the victims of Trump’s criminal act to make a statement before sentencing. Oh, that’s right, he can’t name one, either institutional or individual.
There is only one victim, the one being railroaded in the defendant’s dock

Trump gets 2-to-4 years in Sing Sing...

”In your face” is our communist masters' favorite tool to rattle the chains of tyranny that they have wrapped around our necks...

No Big Deal!
Our communist masters know that the pathetic Aamerican serfs will just continue to roll over and spread their collective cheeks...

After much shouting, grumbling, and writing, they will settle back into their normal stance and:
Bow down!... Obey!... Snitch!...

The special consul law expired. That is one reason why the appointment of Jack Smith is illegal.

“Wicked Witch”

How would you go about breaking her broomstick?

I live in Florida and I am not familiar with her except for her Covid overresponse.

The misdemeanors are for false business records (which weren't false, and Trump didn't make the entries). The bookkeeper is apparently the guy currently in prison at Rikers who wasn't asked to testify at the trial.

I still don't believe Stormy Daniels' story (not that Trump is a saint, but he is a germaphobe and would have avoided her), but Merchan let her testify at length to make the public believe there was an affair--which Biden took advantage of in the debate.

If they do send Trump to prison and he's killed there a la Epstein, it's hard to say what the public reaction would be, but the Democrats may not have thought that through. They may think a show of force and rounding up a few thousand "insurrectionists" will make everyone else shut up.

"Who’s going to stop him? Nobody."

That's exactly the problem: this is the one guy who knows he can stop Trump, and he's got the authority, means, and self-immunity to be able to get it done.

The upside for him: he'll be a Democrat Hero for life. The downside? None.

They weren’t honest in 1988; Since 1932, they’ve been taking their marching orders directly from the Soviets. We just weren’t as good at flushing their real opinions out.

Merchan may say that Trump having “shown no remorse” is justification for enhancing the sentence.
