The claims that Trump was acting only in his own interest is blown out of the water by that case, and by what was already demonstrated in that court. The only reason the whole J6 fedsurrection and all the claims about 2020 being honest can even continue is because judges refused to hear the evidence. And now the judge has the evidence but won’t make the clear and obvious ruling that is called for.

Is it Nina Totenberg’s sister who has been sitting on the GA elections fraud case (where manipulation of the vote tallies remotely was demonstrated in court) for far, far beyond the 3 months she said it would take for her to decide the case?

A decision can be compeleed by a writ of procedendo from a higher court. An an attorney will almost never ask for one out of fear of offending the judge and having that reflected in the delayed opinion. The Fifth Amendment right to Due Process of Law is derived from the Magna Carta's injunction that judges must dispense justice without delay, "To no one will we deny or delay right or justice” (Magna Carta: Ch. 40). From this right comes the maxim that justice delay is justice denied. Unfortunately, judges tend to be above the law in our society due to the almost impossibilty of impeachment for a federal judge absent criminal conviction. IMHO, more judicial impeachments are needed, but Congress will not act.

War has now been going on over there for ten years.

The US needs to make its elections trustworthy so the US doesn’t wind up in a civil war.
