It was said that Don Jr said that Barron took the assassination attempt hard. I wouldn’t have wanted my son there hearing speech after speech about his father taking a bullet, bleeding, nearly dying, and I wouldn’t want him sitting there for the beginning of his father’s speech, either. Reminders of that horror were everywhere.
I’m guessing Barron was at home with his grandfather. He wouldn’t need all of the attention at this point in time, and be expected to be the warrior that his father is.

I see members of the mainstream media are now attacking President Trump, saying his speech last night at the RNC Convention was “too long” and that he was “rambling”.

Makes perfect sense. We forget he’s still a kid. The tall ones are always treated as if they are older than they are, I think. I was short, so I don’t really know.
The Florida Republican Party announced on Wednesday that the 18-year-old would be among those selecting Donald Trump as the party’s presidential nominee.
Reacting to what would have marked his youngest child’s political debut, the ex-president said he was “all for it”.
But former First Lady Melania Trump now appears to have shot down the idea.
“While Barron is honoured to have been chosen as a delegate by the Florida Republican Party, he regretfully declines to participate due to prior commitments,” a spokeswoman for Mrs Trump said in a statement, first reported by the Daily Mail.

When President Trump was introducing his family, at the end he said,“and then there’s Barron, we love our Barron.”
I was just reading an article that reminded us, when Barron was asked to be a delagate at the convention, Melania said he couldn’t accept as he had a previous engagement. This was long before the attempt on President Trumps life. They have never said what his previous engagement was but I am sure they have always kept under wraps what Barron does and his schedules just in case.
