I can't believe no one has picked up on this woman's words: Last line in article below:

It SHOULDN'T happen again? Not that it won't happen again? Is she saying it COULD happen again but SHOULDN'T

I'm thinking maybe she's refusing to resign so she can take the hit again if they give it another go. She's already been identified as an incompetent imbecile, they could easily say oops again.
