I thought the bullet came from the other side, kind of past his face and clipped his ear.
If you look at the overhead view, the building was on the other side - the back of his head would not have been facing that building at all. That’s why I assumed those pics that show the bullet coming toward him were actually reversed, as sometimes happens when pics are posted/taken.
I have concluded that if his face had still been turned to look at the chart he was talking about, the bullet would have gotten him directly in the side of his face/head. But because he turned his head to look at the people, the bullet clipped his ear instead.
Confusing....but thank God, thank God, he’s ok. And golfing....just to unwind a little. Rough week at work!
