I’m staying home this evening to make sure my little animal family isn’t too scared. I’m really glad mama cat and Winter are not outside any more.

I put the suggestion out there with a couple rescues and that lady that told me about the two Mama cats at her apartment, one of which is in my upstairs bathroom, to let her know I have seven nursing nipples available. If there’s any orphaned cats, we could see if this mama would accept them.

And then I could send them off to Connecticut as Winter’s siblings. They’re not going to do a DNA test, and the more saved, the better. I think that would be a good thing to do in Avalanche’s honor.

Isn’t she precious? I think I’m in love with her already. She has a cute little round fuzzy head, looks like she might be long or medium-haired. It was kind of sad taking photo ops, I used to do all the kittens at once. Im having to get used to only having one. I was worried about who she would play with, and a friend of mine who just had a rescue have eight babies said we could have a play date at her house. Hers are a bit older but maybe they would still play together. And that’s probably better than inviting the eight over here!
