I liked Sarah Huckabee Sanders the best.
Lara Trump was second, and Mrs. Braeme, the black lady who talked her son and Alvin Bragg’s dereliction, the third.
DeSantis and Rubio were better than I thought they would be.
Haley was the worst.
And major props to the everyday citizens who spoke—this is not their forte, but the experiences they shared spokes volumes.

Agreed! I like Sarah Huckabee - she was so full of heart, sincere and you could feel the love she has for President Trump. I also though Mrs. Braeme was terrific. Very powerful, very real, and very effective. I didn’t listen to Lara Trump, as I hear her a lot. I see that today, Don Jr.’s daughter Kai is speaking! Brave young lady! I see two people I will skip for sure.....one is Kellyanne Conway because I don’t trust her and the other is Kimberley Guilfoyle because I’ve been turning her off since The Five lol. I just can’t take her yelling at me!
Looking forward to hearing from JD Vance (James Donald), and his wife. I did also like the everyday Americans.....and kudos to them for telling their stories to such a huge crowd!
I think, prophetically speaking, Israel will be alone at some time. The whole world will turn against Israel. It appears that is happening now. So for whatever reason, God is in control of the situation. And he knows how to deal with this situation, but we do need to pray for sure, cuz it makes a difference, like Trump being grazed instead of killed.

My husband said you and I must be “twins” because he has so often heard me say those exact words re: Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Kellyanne Conway, and Kimberley Guilfoyle. I suspect a good many others agree.
I didn’t hear Kai and will have to see if I can find a link and check her out. She is probably all grown up (and beautiful) by now!

Oh, and one thing I really wish they’d tone down is the jubilation (as much as it’s warranted) for the assassin failing. All of the “spiking the football” and thanking God for it (again, warranted) will surely spur evil on, and may even cause another attempt. I think we need to be very thankful to God, but not blast it from the convention every time someone gets up to speak. It just makes me nervous that someone out there will decide, “Oh yeah, well I’ll show you.”

Lol I guess I shouldn’t say anything against our side, but Guilfoyle has driven me nuts since The Five....that leg of hers bouncing non-stop lol. Between that and the cleavage...well, enough said lol.
I read something recently about Kellyanne that made me distrust her even more than I already did....can’t think off the top of my old head what it was, but I’ll post it if I do.

Do you know what day Trump is going to be speaking? Trying to plan ahead to be home
Tomorrow is the last day and he’ll be the last speaker so I’m guessing it’ll be between nine and 930 that he’ll start. The presidential nominee is always the last speaker of the convention. Of course President Trump has already changed some things. Normally the president is not in the convention hall until the last day but I think it’s kind of cool that he’s wanting to see the convention live rather than on TV

🚨President Trump will be attending the funeral of 50-year-old Corey Comperatore, the fire fighter who was shot and killed at the Trump rally on Saturday.🚨
The funeral will be this week, and it is PRIVATE.
The public is invited to a procession through Freeport Community Park in Pennsylvania down to Laube Hall on Thursday at 2 p.m.
People can pay their respects at a visitation from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Laube Hall on Community Park Road.

In December 1984, a group of 3,000 beluga whales were trapped by ice in the Chukchi Sea, near Russia. The whales were confined to small open water ponds surrounded by thick, impassable ice up to 10 feet thick in some areas.
Without access to larger areas of the ocean, the whales had difficulty breathing and were at risk of dying. To help rescue them, an icebreaker named Admiral Makarov was brought in by Kremlin which is equipped with a specially reinforced ice-breaking hull. The ship attempted to take the whales to safety by breaking the ice, but the belugas initially refused to follow.
When the crew began playing classical music like Tchaikovsky over the ship’s speakers, the whales finally began to follow the Makarov through the narrow open-water channel. This allowed 2,000 whales to reach the unfrozen ocean after a journey of almost 100 miles.
The successful rescue effort lasted several days and was later dubbed “Operation Beluga.”

Thank you dolly, I’ll be home for sure. Have to take autumn and winter for a vet appointment at 5:30, the traffic is going to be awful. It’s in jonesboro, which is a cute little town, fun to sightsee and go to storytelling, but it’s been built up with people moving in and the way in and out is only one little stretch of highway.
I think that’s so neat he showed up the first day, when he should have been resting. That’s what a leader does, I would guess he was energized with what happened to get out there and fix this country. So he had to rally the troops at the convention.
I’m looking forward to hearing Vance tonight. He got me convinced when I read he was talking about the Islam problem in london. So he doesn’t mince words and doesn’t worry about getting people mad.
