He's echoed by MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace who says roughly the same thing. Kass, being a hedge fund guy, thrives on getting and acting on information before the herd stampedes, so he may well know what's going on. It wouldn't be surprising if Wallace, a consumate political operative and dirty trickster herself, might have some kind of inside track, too:

Based on the “palace intrigue” I’ve read, the Bidens won’t listen to Obama (having defied him on this for more than a year already), Moochelle hate Biden and won’t even talk to him, and I doubt Biden much cares what Ron Klain thinks.
The same source said that since Biden loves the Democrat congress, maybe Pelosi or Schumbag could make him see the light, but Pelosi seems to be stepping away.
Biden knows he can’t pardon anyone if he’s out of office, and Jill knows her name is on those financial documents that will get scrutinized if Trump wins. So they have reasons to hanging tough other than the elite lifestyle.

Time will tell....but it looked like a big set up to me. That realization hit me the next morning after the debate.
Presidential debates don’t happen in June. They occur beginning in late September. This one was rushed.
It was a set up. Some dems like Hillary will say they support Biden. Covering their tracks.
Don’t be fooled by their games. They know they need Biden out in order to win the election. That is pretty obvious.
Time will tell, but it looks quite obvious to me.

It does. I don’t doubt this type of thing is happening. The rats are in a let this play out a bit mode. The reason the rats held a June debate was in case this happened, they would have just enough time to make a move. By agreeing to it Trump gave them the out. I can’t decide if that was brilliant or dumb.
Maybe his decent rate is so high that they don’t believe he will even be able have any semblance of being alert and oriented and they are just hoping they can lie and hide him while he “works so very hard every day to fix what ails us and he doesn’t have time to debate or campaign.”
Jill wants Biden to run because she believes they can steal it again. She is involved in a lot of the lawfare against Trump and is terrified of the retribution that is coming with another Trump term.
Obama knows that the fraud machine will need to be in maximum hyper overdrive to succeed. It may already be to late for them to depend on the phantom mail-in ballots, including the millions of illegal alien votes. That’s why Barry is hesitant to continue supporting the puppet. It’s just too risky.
2025 is going to be the year that many millions of Rats get exterminated. Either through WW3 or a collapse of the banking system. It IS coming.

Joe has a sundowning problem.
Joe is fine in the morning.
Joe likes to “put a lid” on his job at about 9:30am because he knows he is not his best afterward.
And the election not only about Joe. It’s about his team that makes sure the issues Americans are concerned about are being addressed.
Joe mainly signs bills into law. That’s not hard work. Joe knows Senator Schumer will not any bad bill get passed by the Democratic-controlled Senate or Congress.
Joe’s team runs the executive branch agencies that make the government function for you. Keep Joe and his team on the job, for you and your family.
