Yes, we are. It got up to 103 today and it’s STILL 94. Melting is the word. It’s been awful. I don’t see much of the kitties, and they don’t even want food till after the sun goes down. I don’t either.
Did y’all ever get any measurable rain to help that corn and those soybeans stay alive?

I feel bad for your kitties. It’s gotta be rough for them. I imagine they chow down to fill their tanks as soon as it cools off enough. Makes for a long day though.
It was 93 here but the heat index was higher. By 6:30, the sun was low enough to put a lot of the back yard in shade so I broke Champ out again. That’s it for mowing for a while.
We got that .3 of an inch of rain Wed. and that’s it. MIGHT get some Sunday. That little bit of rain made the leaves on the corn relax for a day but they’re rolled back up again. :-(
