Over a Dozen House REPUBLICANS Help Democrats Fund Joe Biden’s Executive Amnesty for Illegal Aliens
Breitbart ^ | 6/26/2024 | John Binder

More than a dozen House Republicans helped Democrats fund President Joe Biden’s executive amnesty for up to a million illegal aliens, ensuring they can remain in the United States without being eligible for deportation.

The executive amnesty, announced this month, will allow at least 550,000 illegal alien spouses and children of American citizens to secure green cards and, eventually, naturalized American citizenship.

On Wednesday, Rep. Chip Roy’s (R-TX) plan to ban Department of Homeland Security (DHS) funds from being used to carry out the amnesty failed after 14 House Republicans joined 202 House Democrats to block the measure.

The 14 Republicans are:

Rep. Lori Chavez-DeRemer (R-OR) Rep. Mario Díaz-Balart (R-FL) Rep. John Duarte (R-CA) Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) Rep. Carlos Giménez (R-FL) Rep. Jenniffer González-Colón (R-PR) Rep. David Joyce (R-OH) Rep. Thomas Kean (R-NJ) Rep. Young Kim (R-CA) Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) Rep. Amata Radewagen (R-AS) Rep. Maria Salazar (R-FL) Rep. Michelle Steel (R-CA) Rep. David Valadao (R-CA)

“Biden’s latest mass amnesty order circumvents the law and Congress to reward illegal aliens at the expense of American taxpayers,” Ryan Walker with Heritage Action wrote on X. “It’s extremely disappointing to see 14 Republicans vote with the Left to save Biden’s open borders Executive Order. Americans should take note.”

We need to ‘wall off’ our money by real property and middle-class income tax caps in the state and federal constitutions.

The battle in the legislatures to get these caps will gain Republicans votes come October.

Fighting against such caps will cost Democrats votes.

That is one of the biggest problems we have/. These people vote for the benefit if their countries of heritage or ethnicity, not for what is good for America.

We have too many foreigners in our government now and they have divided interests.

They are the ones that are funding Jack Smith investigations and trials with our VERY own EFFIN tax payers MONEY!! Ugh! Incredible! JOHNSON WENT ON CNN AND SIDESTEPPED THE WHOLE EFFIN ISSUE!!! Johnson hates Trump… he is another pence, a wolf in sheep’s clothing!

“amendments to the Constitution will not change anything, they will never get enacted”

Tax cap amendments might get enacted. If Republicans fight hard for them, Republicans will win votes, and office.

No more than 1 million American citizens shall have to pay more than 40%, no more than 5 million American citizens shall have to pay more than 30% and no more than 30 million American citizens shall have to pay more than 22% in federal income taxation.

or perhaps:

Federal income taxation shall be capped as follows, on personal income :
below the average yearly apartment rent in the District of Columbia, 10%,
below the median federal full-time civilian employee compensation amount, 22%,
below the average employee compensation of the 100,000 best paid federal full-time civilian employees, 30%,
below the average employee compensation of the 10,000 best paid federal full-time civilian employees, 40%.

[Note 1: All percentages include employee FICA. They do not fully include self-employment tax, so people that pay it might have to in part voluntarily invest in the SS system or partially arrange for their own retirement funding.]

[Note 2: Basing the tax brackets on federal employee pay provides great flexibility for the federal government in times of war and depression because it can increase taxes by cutting its employee compensation. Consider the situation in Ukraine. Governmental pay in Kiev needs to get cut to the bare minimum to maximize defense funding.]

Since federal spending is out of control, tax cuts are not currently possible, but tax caps are.

Why do so many Latino GOP officials cater to the people who broke into our country? Is it just some sort of phony ethnic solidarity? Sane American Latinos certainly don’t want this.

The Republicans in Congress should try to send to the states a constitutional amendment that would cap middle class property taxation, such as:

Taxation on any residential property of less than 2799 square feet of finished space shall be no higher the 2019 dollar amount on the property, or for a newer or since resold property what a similar property in the same area would have been taxed at for 2019 if it lacked owner specific tax breaks, increased by 3% per calendar year since 2019 and by any percentage increase to its finished living space.

Fighting for such a property tax cap now in Congress would add the electors of several deep blue states to Trump’s total and make Congress turn deep red come November.

Even devoted Democratic voters do not want to get taxed out of their homes.

Yep. 14 Republicans kept it from becoming law, as it was certain to be approved by the Democrat Senate and signed into law by Biden. Those scoundrels!

Mario Díaz-Balart (R-FL), Rep. Carlos Giménez (R-FL), and Rep. Maria Salazar (R-FL) are the three Miami turn coat Republicans who refused to vote for Jordan for Speaker. They vote with Democrats when the chips are down. Disgusting traitors.
