Unfortunately, this person doesn't understand that "judge" in this case is the name of the county executive, not a judge on a bench in a court of law.

Judge Lina Hidalgo is the county executive of Harris County. She's also a native of Colombia who emigrated to the United States when she was five years old. She became a naturalized citizen in 2013 when she was 22 years old, and won her election to be County Judge in 2019 when she was 28 years old, ousting long-time Republican Judge Ed Emmett, who served for 12 years.
