Democratic strategist James Carville said Tuesday on MSNBC’s “The Beat” that President Joe Biden should tell former President Donald Trump he will agree to a pre-debate drug test if Trump takes a “rabies test.”
Carville said, “I think from what I’ve read about his debate prep it is thorough. What I know about the people brief him they’re very knowledgeable, and they’re very experienced. I think he’s going to be very prepared. He has to wait for Trump. Trump is going to start where you take a drug test and he should say, ‘Yeah, only if you take a rabies test.’

It's funny you said that. I went to FR's March for Justice in Washington, D.C. on October 31, 1998. The event had ended, and as we were walking out, I noticed somebody had put a placard with a meme attached to it into the garbage. The photo was of James Carville. Next to him were printed these words:
"STOP! PIG - HUMAN BREEDING EXPERIMENTS."
I thought it was very funny, and so took a photo of it. I've still got the photo, but don't have an online account to upload it to, in order to be able to post it here

Well, I'm really wondering where the humor is here. Trump has a legitimate concern about Biden being drugged each day. Carville hasn't provided a plausible relation of Trump and rabies. So here is my response:
