Team Soros DA’s Right-Hand Man Arrested In California | Gascon’s Office Under Fire [VIDEO][2021 arrest]

A video has just surfaced revealing the arrest of Joseph Iniguez, a top aide to controversial (George Soros) Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon. The incident occurred during a traffic stop in 2021 as Iniguez and his then-fiance were returning from a wedding.

Iniguez, who was Gascon’s chief of staff at the time, was captured on video asserting, “You’ve pulled over the wrong person, let me tell you.” He went on to urge the officers to check his license plates, insinuating that his status as a high-ranking prosecutor should exempt him from scrutiny. The video also shows Iniguez repeatedly instructing his fiance not to speak with the officers.

This comes hot on the heels of another uproar involving Gascon’s aide, Diana Teran, who faces an 11-count felony indictment for allegedly misusing law enforcement data against Los Angeles sheriff’s deputies.

It's about time conservative media started using the same methods used by the left. Dig up everything on Democrats and publish it front page news.

Question them about it constantly and ask all their fellow Democrats whether or not they condone the behavior.

And THEN, ignore all responses and still lie and accuse like they do.

“The video also shows Iniguez repeatedly instructing his fiance not to speak with the officers. “

No crime there. Passengers at a traffic stop do not have to ID, answer questions or assist the officers in any way.

It looked to me like the cop was talking to another guy. Is that guy Iniguez's fiancee????

Gascon aider and abettor, Joseph Iniguez, Gascon’s
chief of staff at the time, was captured on video.

He arrogantly pulled rank in an attempt to intimidate traffic officers who pulled
him over, asserting, “You’ve pulled over the wrong person, let me tell you.”

Iniquez went on to urge the officers to check his privileged license plates, insinuating that his
status as a high-ranking govt prosecutor should exempt him from scrutiny from mere traffic laws.

The video also shows Iniguez repeatedly instructing his then-fiance not to speak with the officers.

Oops. There seems to be a trend of high level Democrats drinking, driving, getting in bar fights and thinking their status will keep them from being arrested. They believe they are above the law. I am glad they are being arrested and held accountable for their actions.

FTA——The Assoc of Deputy District Attorneys, the county prosecutors’ union, has not held back in naming Iniguez and Teran in a 2022 lawsuit, accusing them of ordering subordinates to break the law.

As the spotlight intensifies on Soros-backed Gascon’s office, neither Iniguez
nor Gascon’s office has provided any comments regarding the scandal at this time.

This raises serious concerns about conduct and accountability within the LA District Attorney’s circle.

Los Angeles County DA Gascon’s chief of staff Iniguez arrested

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The chief of staff for George Gascon, Los Angeles County district attorney, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication earlier this month, the Los Angeles Times reported Tuesday.

Joseph Iniguez, 36, serves as the chief of staff for George Gascón, who oversees the nation’s largest local prosecutorial office. Iniguez told the Times that his arrest was retaliation for filming his fiancé’s encounter with police at a drive-through restaurant in suburban Azusa.

Online jail records show Iniguez was booked on a misdemeanor on Dec. 11. He left early the next morning under a provision of the state penal code that allows an officer to release someone if “the person arrested was arrested for intoxication only, and no further proceedings are desirable.”

Iniguez told the newspaper that his fiancé was briefly handcuffed and detained, though not arrested. He said he filed an internal affairs complaint against the arresting officer with Azusa police.

Gascón’s office told the Times that they are aware of the incident and have “the utmost confidence” in Iniguez. Azusa police did not respond to the Times’ requests for comment.

At some point, you should just keep your mouth shut and hope they don’t know who the hell you are - pointing out that you are Georgie’s right hand man couldd haver consequences.

Actually you are lucky the cop didn’t shot you in the face since your actions served to destroy law enforcement in the country.

One night one of these “High Status Above the Law” types will run into cops who put a bullet thru their head in the name of Social Justice.

What I am curious about is why wasn’t he charged with drunk driving if the officer saw that he was intoxicated. According to the article he was booked for being drunk in public, not for drunk driving.

Gascon is going down in November to Nathan Hochman:

Hochman has a near 2-to-1 lead among likely general election voters, with 44% intending to vote for him and 23% for Gascon.

Too much for rampant vote fraud to overcome, although the Dems will try.

What a sweet victory it’s going to be...

And the correct answer to that interrogative would be: "No. But I'll know who you were if you don't shut up!''.
