Must still be decent weather up there - - - outside this horrid heat dome. You could sit outside to enjoy the gardens and watch those silly pups put on their shows.

No sitting outside here until it starts getting dark. Today wasn’t too bad though. Only 90 degrees and the humidity is down so it wasn’t unbearable outside. That changes tomorrow though. *sigh*

The night owl IS everywhere. LOL! Hope you had a fine day today. It was just hot here. Bah!

It wasn’t too bad here. Just a normal late-June day. 90 with low humidity so it wasn’t unbearable to step outside. Tomorrow the heat and humidity will crank back up ahead of the next front that comes through Wed. We’re all praying we’ll get the rain they predict then.

Sounds pretty nice. Is it still good sittin’ outside weather there tonight? Fingers crossed that the front brings some rain to y’all. We wouldn’t mind some ourselves! :)

It feels decent enough but I haven’t sat outside yet. I might shortly. Been busy washing wood with Murphy’s, then hitting it with furniture polish tonight and dang, there’s a lot of wood in this house. LOL One of those nit-picky cleaning jobs I do periodically. Everything looks so nice now.

I need to water some of the flowers and will probably sit on the patio for a bit afterwards. More and more katydids are waking up.

I’m not holding my breath too hard for rain. The systems run out of “juice” by the time they get here when they come from the NW. We’ll see.

You have more energy than I do. LOL! I don’t think the wood in my kitchen has ever been hit by anything except maybe a duster.

Base Alameda's site hasn't been updated in a while.  Morganthau, Boutwell, and Sherman are no longer in commission, per Wikipedia.

I only do it two, maybe three times a year. Air funk builds up after a while and washing it once in a while makes it look a lot nicer.

We did the early trip to the lake as promised yesterday.
