Alex Jones can just start new website called ‘The Real Alex Jones’ and he would recover his audience in a few weeks.

They would just confiscate it as well.

As long as he owes the judgement, he can own nothing.............

And what’s to prevent the creditors and the bankruptcy court from seizing the new website and business?

Perhaps. But what’s to prevent it from being seized?

Maybe a spendthrift trust could own the new site with a trustee that Jones trusts?

The debtors & trustee are well aware of his personal brand value. If he cranks back up in a “few weeks”, they will likely confiscate that, too. His best move is for someone to buy existing assets then Alex go to work for them.
