They are forcing them to sell their property. The owners of existing properties can't afford the increase in tax assessments caused by what their new neighbors are doing to their properties. See Post 14.

Maybe they should have something like Prop 13 in California.

It is their fault for not having something that limits property tax increases.

Over the last 20 years, who elected the people that have been setting the property tax rates in that area?
