I was surprised Biden didn’t fall down (literally and figuratively) for the one hour speech he did at the SOTU back in March.
But Pedo’s mental and physical impairments have worsened a lot since then. So who knows how he’ll do.
I hope they check his ears for a microphone. I don’t care about the drugs.
