Migrants in the District of Columbia are driving unregistered mopeds and motorcycles, making food deliveries on popular apps, such as Uber Eats and DoorDash—violating both companies’ terms of use in the process.
In April, The Daily Signal launched an investigation into the unprecedented rise in motorcycle and moped traffic in Washington, D.C. The news outlet uncovered that drivers, many of whom entered the country illegally over the past four years, were operating unregistered motorized vehicles in broad daylight, facing no consequences for those actions.
Following The Daily Signal’s reporting, D.C. police launched Operation Ride Right to clamp down on these illicit activities. To date, more than 200 mopeds have been impounded, more than 60 people have been arrested, and 207 citations have been handed out.

We are becoming a lawless nation. Well, that is, if you're an illegal immigrant or leftist liberal the law apparently doesn't apply to you. Conservatives must follow EVERY law, especially about guns. This is all getting completely out of hand.
So the companies are employing people who they are not legally allowed to employ.
Mopeds? Boozer cruisers? They need to be registered?
And your state legislators just passed a law saying harming a cat will get you 5-10 in the slammer and a $10,000 Fine.

If the company gets sued they can just disavow any knowledge of them, they are independent contractors with zero liability on the company.
It doesn’t matter, the companies are not legally allowed to use them as either.

Do you believe these company’s have completed the paperwork? You hire them, send in the paperwork, pay them, and when the paper work comes back fraudulent, you plead stupid and fire them. Meanwhile you got 2 or 3 weeks of work out of an illegal.

Not really. If any us breaks the laws, the laws are still applied and we pay. It’s more of a case where an entire segment of society is free to behave as they wish, with virtually no constraints.
This is ENTIRELY due to the Democrats (not RINOs, by the way, Democrats), and because of this, the Democrat Party needs to be OUTLAWED and DISBANDED. Maybe another opposition party could be formed (perhaps along libertarian lines), but it would have to operate within the laws of this country and uphold the laws of this country, for everyone here - neither of which is the case for the Democrats.
The “migrants” are just doing this the only way they know from whatever 3rd world s-hole they’re from, probably with stolen mopeds. They could use stolen e-bikes or even pedal bikes or…actually buy their transportation. Don’t have to register those.
What kind of times do we live in when migrants can just whip around in unregistered mopeds and us delivery apps. Such lawless is abhorrent I tell you,...ABHORRENT!

Migrants aka Illegal aliens - many of them have mopeds or electric bikes in many cities. My guess is that some taxpayer funded non-profit organization is supplying them. Who is it??

Notice how the problem is framed. It’s not that illegals are delivering food, it’s that they are using unregistered (and therefore untaxed) mopeds.

Mohammed is here legally. He advertises use of his account for $50/day. Franco who is here illegally pays him $50 and dashes around all day making $190 maybe. He just logs in as Mohammed and works.

This is going on in the scale of thousands. Additionally, they drive like maniacs. They have taken left turns in front of me, right turns in front of me, and darted in front of me from between parked cars. I am so grateful I have not hit one.
They are all over San Francisco.
Only order food from places with in-house delivery service.
