If Trump hadn’t loss to the imbecile voting for Biden wouldnt be an option would it? Trump demands loyalty and yet he left Bannon twisting in the wind. If he had an ounce of discernment, he would have apponted an AG who would have stopped the steal. If he had used his brain or appointed advisors with one, he would not have fallen for Ryans promise of money for the wall lie, as Ryan knew it would never get past the senate, everyone knew it was a set up and Trump fell for it, then said “I’m not going to sign another bill like that” and then promptly did the next year with no shut down. He let the dems run circles around him let every other republican. The judge that shot down Bannons appeal was a Trump appointee!!! What does that say about Trumps picks?
You make it seem like Trump was just incomptent. He had everyone in DC working against him. And I don't remember anyone here saying Sessions or Mattis or Kelly were statist plants until they turned out to be statist plants. Burt until then everyone thought they were great.
I don't think any president in modern time has had the government just refuse to take orders from him, and investigate if relentlessly instead. I can't blame Trump for not foreseeing that unprecedented reality.

Two of the three judges in the appeals court rejected the bid to delay the prison sentence. But judge Justin Walker, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, dissented and claimed that Bannon was contesting a “close” precedent, and should be allowed to remain out of prison while he appeals the verdict to the Supreme Court, according to CNN. .
