Since it is California, if the tribe can open a Casino and smoke shop in violation of State laws, why not open a gun store and sell items not allowed in the State of California! Semi-Auto As-s-s-ault rifles and 20-40 round magazines!
Or even items labeled “WARNING! This item is known in the State of California to cause birth defects and cancer!” which I see on lots of items I buy here.
You would be causing some wailing and gnashing of teeth if that were to happen. The Gov may have a coronary.
