Reverse all the “fixes” that have been made in the past, and get back to a clean system of awarding the franchise to only persons of specific definition, such as being alive, a natural or naturalized citizen of the United States, of an age which is fixed in law in which the person is considered sufficiently mature to make an informed decision, and a resident of the precinct in which the franchise is to be exercised. Not at all too much to ask.
