Kansas on Monday sued Pfizer, accusing the company of misleading the public about its COVID-19 vaccine by hiding risks while making false claims about its effectiveness.
In a lawsuit filed in the District Court of Thomas County, the state said the New York-based drugmaker’s alleged false statements violated the Kansas Consumer Protection Act. It is seeking unspecified money damages.
“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth,” Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach, a Republican, said in a statement.

Any physician with half a brain could determine fairly early on that these m-RNA jabs that force your body to produce viral spike proteins were doing more harm than good. Fauci KNOWS and enabled research funding to genetically engineer the covid virus to infect humans. Fauci, Pfizer and anyone who was involved with this should be in prison.
And Pfizer says it’s meritless?

Two important pieces of evidence. (1) The drug companies insisted on getting immunity for producing and distributing these vaccines, because they knew the risks of a rushed vaccine were enormous. (2) Compare what they said about the COVID vaccine with what their advertisements say about fully tested, FDA-approved prescription drugs. For the fully tested products, they get some fast-talking guy to list out the known adverse reactions, and then they advise you to “Ask your doctor if Snake-Oileum is right for you.”
