Yes, they did lie to the FISA court. What is worse, the judges in the court knew it at the time, and wanted to be lied to.
The judges knew it at the time. That is why nothing has been done. One of the judges implied this on camera on a friendly “news” show.

And Roberts let the 2020 scam succeed by cowardly denying Tx’s case — that illegal votes in the swing states was perverting the legitimacy of Tx’s votes. Roberts was in on it and is the main reason we must look at all SCOTUS cases with initial suspicion — when is he going to tip the sales again against humanity?
