You can thank Biden for his excellent foreign policy skills. All of the countries know Biden is senile. He’s opened our borders to every known criminal and mental patient being evicted from their own country. We are practically in a hot war with Russia. He’s ruined our economy and industry. And now we have a Russian nuclear sub 90 miles off of Florida. So, yes NORKs getting more nuke capabilities is quite troubling.
We are hell bent on destroying ourselves. And we are succeeding.
Why should any enemy not take advantage of it?
