I think he will announce that he is dropping out of the race before the Democrat convention. He will pardon Hunter and his brother after the presidential election. He will attempt to finish out his term like Woodrow Wilson did when he was essentially an empty vessel placeholder.

Biden would have been replaced years ago if it was legally safe to do so.
There is I believe a legal question about Kamala Harris being a natural born citizen.
