I think he will announce that he is dropping out of the race before the Democrat convention. He will pardon Hunter and his brother after the presidential election. He will attempt to finish out his term like Woodrow Wilson did when he was essentially an empty vessel placeholder.
The last twelve months had two mantras:
“Biden will not run for re-election.”
“The Fed will reduce their interest rate.”
