I have read a number of accounts that said no on scene audit was allowed. Would it surprise you to learn they broke protocol and didn’t give a damn about the rule?

The inventory wouldn’t necessarily have the order and placement of every document in every box. It could have said “17 boxes of documents”.

According to most accounts-and the court filing-that was not done-ay, que sorpresa. So that excuse is in the toilet, along with a few pieces of evidence...
