So long as the mayor and governor in NYC don’t have law enforcement’s back, you’re right. But if New York’s Finest decides to put a stop to it, and have the support of the governor and mayor, it won’t matter bugger-all what the DOJ has to say about it. The media may pipe up and add their negative two cents.
