Transgender swimmer Lia Thomas' demand she be allowed to compete against women in the Olympics has been dealt a fatal blow after she lost a crucial lawsuit.

Thomas, 25, had asked the Court of Arbitration for Sport to overturn a ban on biological males competing against women in hopes of racing at the Games.

She first rose to prominence after becoming the first transgender athlete to win a NCAA college title in 2022 and has since been banned from competing against biological women in international events following a change in regulations.

100%! I was under the impression that it still had its male bits, and thought I recalled the women on his team confirming that. If that is the case, then it makes this reprobate's lawsuit even more outrageous and insulting. AND, I don't think fake men should be allowed to participate on any women's team no matter when they transed, 12yo or other :(
Somewhat off topic, I was asked what sex my daughter was "assigned' at birth. The admin got an earful from me and actually tried to explain why they had to ask; I let him know it was the choice of the word "assigned" that offended me. I am sick AF of less-than-1% of the population forcing all this on the rest of us who just want to be left alone.

The tremendous loss of revenue that the Olympics would suffer for giving in to this nonsense is the red line that will not be crossed. Allowing men pretending to be women to compete with real women in the Olympics would be the end of the Olympics and that corrupt committee knows it.
