When you take the IQ Bell Curve and nominally set an IQ of 120 as minimum to successfully become a medical doctor, the claims of being "under represented" fall flat. You don't expect medical doctors as a subset of the general population to have the same racial/ethnic distribution as the general population.

Did you read the article? At least two lines in the excerpt are beliefs that are true, at least in effect. The only real dispute is over how widespread the intention to have these effects is.
