I think they are more off target than wrong. The RATS are all in for destabilizing and brainwashing blacks with abortion, welfare, CRT, DIE, etc with the goal of keeping racism alive rather than bringing the country together.
What if both are true?
What if the fact crime is far more likely to be committed by blacks, ALSO creates a confirmation bias... which causes unjust behavior?

The predicate is true; they target everyone with money, and the lower the IQ the more attrtive the mark. But the purpose is to make money off selling things; businesses have no interest in bankrupting the customers, which stops borrowers from having to pay back what they owe, and temporarily stops their profligate spending.

I doubt this one, but there is a greater concern now than in the past for making sure tests are inclusive of ethnic groups and genders. That might cause suspicion due to hyped up awareness of past horrors. (How many other cases than the Tuskegee Syphilis Study can anyone name?)

Black men need to get back into the family household. For years, a lot of black women have been raising their kids alone because the fathers aren’t part of their kids lives. Mothers and fathers, both part of the family unit makes for stronger kids, more stable kids and better learning abilities. Not saying black mothers are not good, just that raising kids alone is very hard and women have to have really strong love and hope and discipline in order to get their children to adulthood and into a good life. I blame the welfare state that forced fathers out of the house so the mothers could get more benefits for their kids. You kinda can’t blame them and it has become a way of life.

Everyone knows if it was the Step Dad/Brother, the Uncle or boyfriend, or the neighbor. They all know. DNA TESTING WILL CAPTURE THIS DATA ONCE THE DATA BASES HAVE THE THAT OF THE MEN. IN 12-15 YEARS, THIS BLACK CULTURAL CRIME COULD BE ERIDACTATED. Young girls in grade 7-12 do not dare expose the perps.
LOW IQ people and Substance Abusers cannot comprehend their demands result in more crime.
Angry people who allow this to happen to their daughters is an epidemic of mental illness, and self-hatred. The adults need to be held accountable.
Clean up the DNA Databases, and those people who match within a 30 mile radius can be further tested in the name of public safety. Exposing these Child Rapists is only part of the solution; the rest is putting them behind bars and if they have assets seize them to raise the child.
