Trump needs to come out in favor of radically changing the tax code. Tax these foundations, tax university endowments, tax churches, end the carried interest deductions, a 70% tax on remittances and any money flowing out of the US.

If a business isn't going to pay it's employees at a level that the employee can live without government assistance, then tax that business an additional amount to cover what the government spends on benefits. Tax corporations on worldwide income.
