Not sure about that- sounds like they could be sued out of their jobs if they sneak the covid shot in if you state that you want only the flu shot. Maybe insist on written statement to the fact signed by the nurse-

No shots for me. No COVID. Have not had the Flu shot in 4 years. Not taking the shingles shot either. Just don’t trust them anymore.
