There’s a term for that.
I feel for the US Citizens that are getting crowded out of resources. Things like using soccer fields for ‘newcombers’ settlements is disruptive to community agency.

I for one WELCOME the destruction, as ‘the system’ has little to NO legal, let alone Constitutional, basis to exist (SEE: the ‘welfare state’ as one example).
