During his last 6 months he wanted to disband the arrest portion of the FBI and keep the labs in W.Va. and disband the rest give the arrest and conviction to the US Marshall Service we dont need a pos like the FBI just a huge drain on the taxpayers thru there huge pension checks..
I think each state has its own LEO function/labs/etc. (many have their own BIs) that are sufficient to address most all crime. For unified impacts like terror, etc. I don’t see why an agency like the USMS couldn’t aggregate coordination and/or involve other existing agencies. But under no circumstances should we have an FBI. It is far too corrupt and politically controlled.
