Absolutely. More importantly they were later trying to derail a POTUS and his agenda because they politically didn’t agree with it. Basically, they want our tax money but they don’t want to follow what they people say. That’s Fascism and they might actually feel bad about that now, especially taking that big check from CNN.
Wherever they flee, these subversive FBI elements need to be hunted down like Nazi dogs after WWII.

Never forget also, McCabes role taking over the investigation of the Capitol Hill drive by shootout that happened shortly after the murder of Seth Rich. By MD gangers one of whose weapon’s ballistics matched the rounds taken out of Seth Rich’s back. This happened- matter of public record.
Then there is this a@@clown’s actions fomenting the Charlottesville completely fedgov fake of tiki torch bearing “hired” mob button down frat boys (who screamed “FEDS” just looking at them) money provided through Gov. McAulliffe (bag man of the Clintons.. don’t forget). Agitating against the original protest of the Robt. E. Lee statue removal by VA DAR and other non-profit heritage orgs. McCabe was behind this, in order to aid his ob-gyn’s wife FAILED VA senate run (for which he/they recieved 500K from the Clinton foundation as well). All part of this lying clown’s modus. And the source of his fears.
As an aside he looks exactly like cartoonist Mike Judges “Office Space” character Milton. Uncanny right down to the horn rims and the pocket protector.
Trial them in absentia. And take away pensions or retirements. Revolk all security clearances and put out international APBs if found guilty.

Depends on the trial venue and the court. Kangaroo court in DC? They’d walk.
These people keep chanting that nobody is above the law, yet they break the law and the most that happens is they "apologize" and pass on their "regrets".
They certainly should be thinking of fleeing justice. They are guilty of unmitigated treason, IMO
