Hey garza......๐
Thanks for keeping us updated- the left sure are filled with revenge- they won’t stop- I hope Abbott gets to tell them to,go pound sand
All law against thee, and no laws for me.
All persecution against thee, no arrests for me.
MLK was only arrested 29 times by racist local Democrat party law enforcement, and most of those charges were later dropped. Trump was persecuted and convicted of 34 felonies for writing one check to his lawyer.
False. The governor has the power of pardon. There is a committee he sends the case to first. The committee made its recommendation (which is non binding) and then Abbot pardoned him.
He never should have been prosecuted in the first place. There is zero chance he would have been charged anywhere else in Texas other than the blue shithole that is Austin.
In fact, there was another Klantifa member who shot at Perry’s car as he drove away. That guy should have been charged with attempted murder. He has no claim of self defense like Perry.
Is there some way for the state of Texas to remove a rogue prosecutor? If so, they should remove this guy. He’s a disgrace.
โWeโll stomp our feet and hold our breath!โ
Reuters made sure to say that the BLM protester who was shot was a veteran, BUT strangely did not mention that Daniel Perry was a U.S. Army Sergeant at the time.
Oh, Reuters, what leftists you are.
Doesn’t a governor have the power to pardon?
Can a TX court infringe on that? Separation of powers?
First thing I’d do to answer this suit is file a motion to dismiss as Garza has no standing.
> He is not harmed.
> He is not involved in the Texas clemency process
> He’s not even a state official.
And claiming separation of powers?? On what basis? This is an executive branch decision: wholly and completely.
Nothing is ever settled until it is settled the way the left wants it settled. Someday we will care about the truth the way the left cares about its lies, and only then will we begin to win.
Look for democrats to charge him with some made uyp federal crime now.
Question - where in the Texas constitution does the power to reverse a pardon get granted to the Texas Supreme court? ‘Cause I cant find it.
