Aaron Walker is an attorney, so good article, although you'll have to read online to click on articles discussed.

Braindead is the real outlaw that hasn’t been appropriately caught and convicted along with his syndicate.

This would run right smack into a rule in New York—and many other jurisdictions—called lenity. The rule of lenity—often called the doctrine of lenity—is a rule of statutory interpretation that says ‘if two constructions of a criminal statute are plausible, the one more favorable to the defendant should be adopted.’ Thus if Merchan risked making an error in his interpretation of any law, he was supposed to have erred in Trump’s favor. Merchan didn’t do that.

Interesting. I learn something new here every day.

Meh, everyone and anyone can go through this all they want. The bottom line is, communists control NY because the people of NYC and nearby are loathsome, ignorant communists themselves. Communists did what communists do, used and abused any power to which they have access.

Now comes the whining and crying from the Washington Generals. They feign support for Trump while looking for angles to use the situation for self enrichment.

And down the drain the country goes.

None of this matters if the appeal is years away.

I agree with Levin, petition the SCOTUS.

stopped reading right here: Trump’s superpower is the ability to bring out the worst in both his supporters and his opponents.

A good compilation for lawyers. But it’s not what the campaign needs — a succinct, non-overlapping, understandable set of the 10 best reasons why the verdict was a sham. Charged with imaginary crime that was not prosecuted in other forums. Wrong burden of proof. Biased jury. Biased jury pool. Biased judge. Excluded relevant evidence. Selective prosecution.
