By what legal means can the USSC intervene? If there isn't one, then they can't act until it goes through the federal courts. If the Federal courts say sometime after the next President is inaugurated, then maybe Trump has a chance to push it to the USSC.
If anyone has any better idea, please post it.

The Court is, typically, in recess from some time in June until the first Monday in October.

The Speaker of the House should send an official letter to the Supreme Court, and the Chief Justice will have to respond.
Senate leadership and state Governors also should send official letters.
The convention should be moved up a week. Let’s see “Judge” Moron has the balls to jail the actual, official nominee of the Republican Party.
The USSC doesn’t “act”, it decides cases. If Trump wants them to decide his case he should bring an appeal and then not publicly harangue them. Leave that to his supporters.
If the USSC takes it, don’t expect a slam dunk. We can only afford to lose one of Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Barrett.

Mark Levin said they took a misdemeanor State charge and made a federal felony case out of it. So since it’s Federal I don’t see any reason why the Supreme Court couldn’t step in. And I think they should do that on an emergency basis, because this case is so egregious. They should also admonish this judge and call for his removal from the bench and disbarment of the prosecutor. This case is that bad
