I don’t know what to think, CB.
I listened to Harmeet Dhillon awhile ago, and she is pretty certain that SCOTUS would likely not step in until the two other channels of appeal had been exhausted, regardless of the dire circumstances. I suppose that he could try SCOTUS and they could refuse until he followed the normal procedure. There’s also the chance that they would step in, seeing as the election interference was so obvious. That’s a tough one.
I don’t see why not.
It’s a federal issue and it appears to be a very unjust process and result.
But I keep hearing that judges (and Justices?) are scared to death to come near Trump (presumably because of the political backlash).
Be nice if they took the case.
