An official communication from the Speaker of the House would require a response from the Supreme Court Chief Justice.
However, chatter on a weekend TV show is just to appease the peasants.

I am so thankful for this Headline.
This is serious enough for the Supremes to be involved.
Please God, show them that they NEED to STOP this destruction of our America by these judges who are crushing lunatics.
THIS CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN IN A REPUBLIC.

He's been horrible in a lot of ways but he's on point here.I think they should hear the case as well, but I understand they have to be "asked" formally, not on TV. Trump's lawyers should follow Levin's advice and petition the court.

Hi.
I don’t see an avenue to writ of certiorari until the NY appellate court makes a ruling on the case.

Johnson is a puppet for Boehner and Ryan.

Sotomayor would have to approve Trump’s writ as she oversees the the United States Court of Appeals for the second circuit.
That’s the only way Trump could get an emergency hearing from the full Supreme Court before the appellate process is complete.
It is simply stupid to think she’s going to do this, so everyone should just get it out of your heads, okay?
To: Lazamataz
Johnson is phrasing this wrong. He should be calling on the Court to stop the State of New York from intervening in a Presidential election by inventing crimes.

Well Jeeze, isn’t that the least he could do? All of the GOP should have been up in arms over this railroad job, sadly most of them have been missing in action.
It makes me sick.

Not horrible (he reflects the reality of the current political caucus and calculus) and on point here; they are going after Trump because they hate traditional Americans and we, the remnant, are their target.
We must unite around Donald and pray he doesn’t stumble.
