Unbelievable that our court system doesn’t recognize “extortion”. And that goes for Carroll....remember...NY actually created a new law...good for one year... that crushed the statute of limitations for rape/molestation..whatever. Carroll filed the day after the law was passed.

Politician in NY who voted for that law now says it is unconstitutional after a woman accused HIM of RAPE.
