The felony convictions will potentially have a effect upon Trump's freedoms:
1. no firearms. Many probation and parole orders prohibit not only firearms but parolee from have firearms in the home. If a felon can't possess a firearm, they probably wouldn't be permitted to have access to the nuclear football

2. Multiple felony convictions would preclude one from receiving a security clearance.

3. The vast majority of conditions of parole and probation have restrictions on movement. The most common one is being prohibited from leaving the jurisdiction (the state or commonwealth)

Just some of the stuff that I think of between periods (Hockey)

Being President is its own security clearance, the President is the highest authority in the Executive Branch and the ultimate power of the security clearance authority, there is no security clearance deciding agency or office above his.
