ANC did NOT free S. Africa from apartheid. DeKlerk did; and he did so knowing that whites would never win another election. It’s been unfortunate, but it was also inevitable, w/ whites outnumbered 6-to-1 at the time.

The final results are still to be formally declared by the independent electoral commission that ran the election, but the ANC cannot pass 50%.

So they aren't as creative in counting and recounting as our Democrats.
