Get ready for the mantra that the SCOTUS will lose all credibility if they decide to hear the case after NY runs out the Clock.
The powers that be who run our criminal government depend really strongly on the fact that the vast majority of folks in this country are basically non-violent and reasonably peaceable folks. Eventually though, some people are going to decide enough is enough and start shooting the bastards. I, for one, am not going to condemn them for doing so, though I hope their target choice is good. Pretty much any government employee of any kind won’t bother me one bit.

Any Jurist who lets political bias interfere with the administration of justice or allows their fears of public outcry to influence a decision, should no longer be a Jurist.
Is this the same appellate court that overturned Harvey Weinstein’s conviction..they were not scared to do that but after all Weinstein is a dem so that helped him. The reason why the jury yesterday did what they did is because those two lawyers on the jury, people would have found out who they are eventually and their practice would have been destroyed..this is what they do in Russia and we are living in it right now

But the SCOTUS is surprising me lately. They may decide to jump in.

We are at the end of our current style of government. At this point, anything can happen.
Bragg expedited this trial so it could impact the election, but the appeals court will probably drag their feet so it can’t be overturned before the election...unless the Supreme Court gets involved. Mark Levin has been talking about ways that could happen. No doubt Roberts and the three Democrat appointees will vote against Trump but he could get a 5-4 vote overturning the verdict...but after the election.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the judges were afraid of physical harm. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if one or more of the jurors were indirectly, or directly, threatened if they should vote the “wrong” way.
SCROTUS will run backwards from this they are so afraid of being accused of being biased. At the rate we are going I expect SCROTUS expects they will be dismantled if they don't toe the line. The three branches are disappearing to one quickly.
Only a few smart people understand the real danger in lawfare and this political witch hunt in NY. The courts in NY have become prostitute and for sale.

We already have one useless branch of government - just look at the nothingness being performed by the Congress. Do they really pass laws anymore? Do they really control spending and budgets? No! We pay them to sit around and not do their Constitutional jobs.
The OBiden bunch do whatever they please, bypassing Congress everyday, spending money any way they choose, even when it’s against our laws. They have departments make illegal laws for us to follow, again bypassing Congress and the Constitution.
Now we are watching the elimination of the Judicial Branch of the government. Unless this Supreme Court gets themselves together and intercedes in this travesty against the people of this country immediately or sooner, then we no longer need to pay them to just sit around and not do their jobs either IMO. Anyone who has ever been a juror in America is outraged at this judicial sickness. Enough is enough.
The Democrat/Communist Party leaders, led by the infamous mulatto-marxist-muslim, know that if they fail to imprison Trump their entire persecution of the man is for naught as it has only made Trump stronger and his re-election more certain … and this is an outcome the Democrat/Communist Party absolutely cannot “allow” American citizens to effect.
Be Advised. Unless this political abomination is stopped dead in its tracks by July 10, this is what will happen. And if this isn’t stopped dead in its tracks very, very soon — all is lost.
I agree with him that the NYC 1st judicial division appellate court will not overturn it. There are all Dem judges sitting on the court. He has a little better chance with Court of Appeals in Albany. His best chance is if he can get the US Supreme Court to accept review after he exhausts his NY appeals, he will get it reversed because it is a much more friendly forum and he has the law on his side.
The Democrats are giddy, like teenagers that broke into a great house and are ransacking it. They cannot believe they are looting a magnificent mansion, one that was built centuries before, of stone, marble, glass and wood, with beautiful craftsmanship and expert design. They are vandals and thieves, smashing what they cannot carry, and starting a fire to watch it burn. No one was there to defend it, so they gave themselves the right to tear it apart.
Can it be saved? Who will come? Only more of their fellow travelers who will assuredly dance around the burning house and raise their arms in ecstasy. Burn it down, burn it all down. Rationalizing their destruction by saying they were cleansing the past only because it was necessary. Death to the past.
They will live in the ashes and never achieve the grandeur that they destroyed.
