Alternative, grant them a hearing before the full court on the record and see if they fall for it. Thw Justices can ask pretty rough questions when they get their backs up. It would be interesting to see these senators have to explain on the record what harm is caused by the wife of a justice flying a flag and how that compares to taking money from entiites seeking favors like congresscritters do every day. And when they wander off topic call them for not noticing that as a thing they wanted to talk about and keep them on topic.
