If you were Xi wouldn’t you want the West preoccupied with Russia and internal strife (Trump trails) then move on Taiwan?

The South China Morning Post has said the PRC is banning the export of many military use items.
I suppose if Trump wins in November, China has a few months which may be enough time in their eyes...
With NATO troops in Ukraine and firing into Russia, Russia goes to full mobilization and moves on the Baltics.
Also, China-Taiwan, North Korea, Iran, Hezbollah, Venezuela-Guyana, maybe Serbia-Kosovo
The more go, the more incentive for the rest of them to go...
