President Joe Biden’s campaign declared “no one is above the law” just minutes after former President Donald Trump was convicted Thursday in a New York courtroom.
“Donald Trump has always mistakenly believed he would never face consequences for breaking the law for his own personal gain,” Biden campaign spokesman Michael Tyler said in a statement. “But today’s verdict does not change the fact that the American people face a simple reality.”
The president is not expected to hold a separate news availability to address the verdict, according to a person with knowledge of his plans

Civil rights violation all over that case (Pro tip, appellate courts will be fixed as well and Thomas will most likely be deceased before SCOTUS smells this case). The only miracle Trump has legally before Nov. 5 is if some movement tries to deny a former US President who was recently convicted of felonies (On appeal) from being on a Presidential ballot and a Governor/legislature acts upon that. Could open a lot of new cans of legal worms there.
